Seven minutes is all it takes. Twelve exercises for thirty seconds each and ten second rest intervals. No special equipment or weights necessary, just a wall, a chair and your own body weight. One important thing: the sequence of exercises is critical.
And there is a science to the magic seven!
One more tip from the New York Times blog: The exercises should be performed in rapid succession, allowing 30 seconds for each, while, throughout, the intensity hovers at about an 8 on a discomfort scale of 1 to 10, Mr. Jordan says.
