We need to hear them too.
To paraphrase the Pope, our mission is not really determined by the number or size of spaces that we occupy, but rather by our capacity to generate change and to awaken wonder and compassion.
A culture of dialogue is what we need. A culture that hears first before it passes judgement, if at all. A culture that is inquisitive because it is ever captivated by the unending wonders of the multiverses. A culture that, like science, proceeds upon a careful and humble inquiry to search for truth.
This means we cannot turn blind or deaf or unfeeling to the others. We need to see, to hear and to reach out to those from different creeds, races, sects, economic backgrounds, ethnicities, etc.
