Aristotle said that 95% of what we do is the result of habits. Make good habits your masters.
Good habits are hard to form but easy to live with. Bad habits are easy to form but hard to live with.
Good habits towards success:
1. Daily Goal Settings: Short Term, Medium Term, and Long Term, review and reflect about your goals
2. Be results oriented: prioritize and rank
3. Be people oriented, help coordinate engage
4. Stay health oriented: (a) less food and better food, (b) exercise and (c) rest
5. Stay honest (and compassionate, related to people orientation)
6. Self Discipline.
This is the foundation habit which makes all habits possible. It is the ability to make yourself do, what you should do, when you should do it, whether you feel like doing it or not.
